Job offer: Director of digital marketing

The person will be in charge of the entire digital component of the Knapper brand, and will have to establish the digital marketing and e-commerce strategy in collaboration with management, then ensure its implementation;

Knapper is looking for an autonomous and multi-tasking person capable of developing a clear strategy as well as executing it, and analyzing its results;

  • Tasks
    • Develop the digital communication plan and the web sales development plan;· 
    • Set up tools for monitoring, measuring and analyzing the performance of the various marketing efforts, and produce reports for management;
  • Social media
    • Ensure the daily management of social networks, respond to questions and comments from users;
    • Develop and manage the content calendar;
  • e-commerce 
    • Develop the e-commerce strategy and implement it;
    • Ensure the planning, development, execution and evaluation of online advertising campaigns;
    • Ensure the management of the e-commerce platform:
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing (B2C);
    • Experience in creating content and managing digital campaigns;
    • Experience in social media management;
    • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or any other related discipline an asset;
    • English proficiency, both orally and in writin
