Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order.
Orders tracking
You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse. That email includes also a tracking number.
Easy returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at info@knapper.com. Please note that all item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with you to ensure the exchange or return process is as simple as possible. Standard return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Only one exchange operation is permitted per transaction. This operation may include multiple items from the same order, provided they are processed together in a single request.
If the buyer wishes to proceed with more than one exchange operation, they will be responsible for all transportation costs and any associated fees related to these additional exchanges.
Preorders and special orders are final sale. As these items are produced specifically based on the order, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
Warranty
Knapper products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect or any malfunction occurring during use, for a reasonable period of time considering the typical usage of the product. Contact customer service for any question or to file a warranty claim.
