Knapper offers free shipping on orders of 99.99 $ and more (before taxes). A 9.99 $ (14.99$ for USA) flat fee is charged on all orders of less than 99.99 $

Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order.

Orders tracking
You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse. That email includes also a tracking number.

Easy returns
If you are unsatisfied of your purchase and you want to exchange or return it, you have 14 days from the shipping date to contact us by sending an email at info@knapper.com. We will determine with you the simplest return procedure. Please note all merchandise must be in its original selling conditions and unused. Shipping charges will be at our cost.

Warranty

Knapper products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect or any malfunction occurring during use, for a reasonable period of time considering the typical usage of the product. Contact customer service for any question or to file a warranty claim.
